What you'll bring to the team:
Scope & Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR and Management Teams to understand the details of each open position
- Review and develop sourcing strategy for each unique position through social media, community outreach and other unique efforts
- Review and screen candidates as they apply for positions within the Applicant Tracking System and other social media outlets
- Present strong talent as they are screened
- Remain in active contact with candidates as they apply for opportunities to build strong rapport and a talent network for future openings.
- Conduct phone interviews that provide educational information on the organization to candidates
- Provide feedback on any roadblocks as they arise.
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to build employer brand and attract candidates
- Assist HR and Management Teams with scheduling interviews, creating offer letters, and initiating on-boarding as needed
- Support the Attractions Team as their business partner
- Various administrative tasks, projects as needed
Qualifications & Experience:
About You:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 - 5 years of recruitment experience
- Strong interviewing skills and ability to identify top talent
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and multi-task as necessary
- Experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel
- Strong Experience with data and analytics in a recruitment setting
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills and a sense of urgency
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a team toward a common goal

Pay Range: Compensation between USD $70,000.00/Yr.-USD $80,000.00/Yr.
