**Hybrid position**
Purpose of Position:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for recruitment efforts for various open positions. The ideal candidate will have experience in working in a fast paced environment, recruiting, reviewing and presenting qualified candidates to Hiring Managers, scheduling interviews, etc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a culture of Candidate and Stakeholder experience. Their main focus is service delivery management. This position will handle various aspects of our Talent Acquisition life cycle process.
Accountabilities:
- Daily duties include posting job advertisements on various Recruitment websites.
- Recruiting & sourcing for qualified candidates.
- Scheduling interviews with candidates and Hiring Managers.
- Prescreening candidates and conducting prescreening notes.
- Sending follow up notices/ rejections notices to candidates.
- Support pre-employment and onboarding requirements.
- Conducting New Hire Orientations for new joiners.
- Other duties as assigned & MISC projects.
Minimum Skills Required:
- 1-3 years experience in recruiting for various positions.
- Prior experience in talent acquisition or human resources or handling confidential information.
- Excellent computer literacy skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Team Player
Preferred:
- Bilingual- English and Spanish
