This role is eligible to participate in Zenith’s hybrid work schedule which provides the flexibility to work from home on select days of the week according to the in-office schedule established by regional executive leadership.
A Brief Overview
This individual will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and evaluating candidates; including cold calls, Internet techniques, database/resume searches, candidate research, networking, posting and advertising for both active and passive candidates
What you will do
- Manages and oversees the recruitment process, including the development of individual recruitment plans and execution of searches on defined projects.
- Works with Hiring Managers and team to develop recruitment project requirements and plan.
- Performs continuing reviews of status and progress of all recruitment assignments in client group area.
- Partners with Human Resource Managers on projects and monitors progress.
- Manages relationships with Hiring Managers for productive outcomes.
- Partners with Human Resources Managers & Hiring Managers in crafting potential offers.
- Expeditiously develops and presents quality candidates.
- Monitors Web-Postings for accuracy.
- Partner in streamlining and enhancing recruitment systems and process to continually move recruitment to the next level in order to better service the client.
Education Qualifications
- High School Diploma Or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of training/experience required
Experience Qualifications
- 5+ Years experience in recruitment, managing multiple clients and searches.
- Proficient in developing recruitment strategy, internet based candidate sourcing, developing passive job seekers, developing job & compensation offer packages, closing the applicant; required.

The expected salary range for this position is $98,883.41 to $109,870.46 . Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. Qualifications may warrant placement in a different job level.
