Restaurant/Hospitality group seeking an experienced H.R. generalist
Onboarding: process I-9s, Employment verification
Process New hire paperwork for all new hires companywide
Process weekly and biweekly payroll for organization using ADP Workforce
Keep ADP system updated (Current and Terminated Employees)
Review timesheets to ensure accurate weekly payroll & handle payroll issues
Perform benefits administration, including claims resolution, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefits information to employees for Workers Comp, FMLA, PFL, STD, Health insurance, Cobra Dental and 401k relations: front line support for employee queries
Ensure ACA compliance and distribute yearly 1095C forms using ADP
Employee handbooks: assist in creating policy and update annually
Assist with Human Resource Audits
Assist with all government required reports (EEO-1).
Ensure required Labor Law posters for all locations are up to date.
Assist with resolving employee relations.
File Management (Manage all personnel files, active and terminated employee files)
Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality Posting Job Ad's for the company locations Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor of Arts in Finance/ Business/ Human resources/ hospitality management
2+ Years of experience working in a team environment, meeting deadlines, and exceeding performance of your current job description.
Hospitality/Restaurant Industry Experience a plus
Computer proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Proficiency using ADP Workforce
