Job Description:
The Talent Associate is responsible for the entire talent acquisition process for all positions at BioReference Health and affiliated companies. This individual will be a trusted advisor to recruiters and hiring managers by understanding the business and their needs and will support our hiring managers through the requisition fulfillment process to ensure quality talent is delivered in a timely manner. The Talent Associate will also be responsible for administrative support including but not limited to the Contingent Workforce Program and Pre-Employment Screening.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations including OFCCP regulations
- Manage & maintain multiple requisitions in Applicant Tracking System and Vendor Management System at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle
- Maintain candidate databases – CRM
- Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and other key stakeholders to identify candidates for critical roles
- Verify salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details with the candidates and the hiring managers/HR
- Extend offers and collaborate with team to initiate background screening and on-boarding for contractor conversions or direct hires.
- Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Assist with coordinating and attending hiring events
- Manage internal inboxes and the self-allocation of work
- Be responsible for high volumes of data entry, validation of data and integrity for all information entered into key systems
- Act as a BioReference company ambassador, communicate inspiring information to candidates about the company and position, reinforcing the values and culture of BioReference
- Bring your passion about recruiting talent to work

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- HS Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- Have worked with a CRM
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Experience Supporting Pre-Employment Screening
- Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate at various levels in a matrixed organization
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative and to deliver regular updates and feedback clearly
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools
- Demonstrated ability to maintain excellent documentation and follow up skills
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- At least 1 year of interfacing with Operational Leaders in a matrixed organization
- 2+ years of managing an administrative process
- Thorough understanding of end-to-end recruitment process methodology
- Experience in the healthcare industry preferred
- Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) & Vendor Management System (VNDLY) Experience
