Job Description
The Employee Services Clerk provides exceptional service to our internal guests: our employees. This position will assist employees both in person and over the phone at the Staff Services Center. The position will also assist the Employee Services & Communications team on various administrative, event, and program tasks.
Qualifications

Must interact professionally with employees in person and over the phone

Handle employee requests, including name badge, employee ID card, and parking pass replacement

Answer general human resources questions and refer employees to correct persons or resources for further assistance

Set up and track various employee comps offered through our employee recognition programs

Ensure the Staff Services Center is well maintained, clean, and professional looking

Assist the Employee Services & Communications team with various administrative tasks associated with employee events and/or employee communication efforts
