We are currently seeking a Corporate Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training programs for bank employees across various departments.
A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Finance or a related field with a minimum of 3 years’ training experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
To successfully perform this job, the individual must have proven experience in corporate training, preferably within the banking or financial services sector, excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training program. They must also be able to work independently and exercise good judgment.
