Position Details
The Healthcare Recruiter conducts the full cycle recruitment process for both exempt (management) and non-exempt (staff and caregiver) positions and other duties as assigned. This position manages a high-volume recruiting process for CarePros (caregivers). Responsibilities include but are not limited to candidate sourcing, phone screening, applicant tracking, pre-hire and on-boarding, and coordination of new hire orientations and other functions as assigned.
Job Duties

Manages high volume recruiting process.

Post job requisitions and managing recruiting channels.

Sources and screens applicants following Family First hiring process.

Schedules in person and virtual interviews with hiring team.

Drafts and extends offers to qualified applicants.

Collaborates with hiring teams and HR.

Conducts pre hire screens and reference checks.

Initiates onboarding and schedules new hire orientations.

Meets and exceeds position KPI’s.

Promotes Family First’s reputation as a best place to work.

Acts as a point of contact and builds influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Qualifications
Experience/Education Requirements
-
High school diploma or equivalent education or experience; Associate degree preferred

Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience
-
Previous experience with ADP a plus
-
Experience with Microsoft Office suite a must
-
High volume recruiting experience highly preferred
-
Experience in home/healthcare industry highly preferred

Compensation: Family First is committed to providing market competitive, equitable pay to all employees
Compensation (Range): $26-33/hour
