Bilingual HR, Responsible for ensuring the daily administrative and HR duties of the organization at the Gainesville, GA facility.
JOB SPECIFICS:
- Create, Administrator policy and procedures, according to Gold Creek standards.
- Work with Plant Manager, to ensure staff needs and plant needs are met.
- Support, council, and manage hourly personnel.
- Manage reporting structure, and office area, update Org Charts as needed.
- Report on headcount and budgeted numbers as they reflect staffing to ensure compliance
- Ensure Compliance of all State and Federal laws are being followed
- Assists department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees.
- Assists in administration of compensation program; helps to monitor performance appraisal process.
- Participates in recruitment effort for nonexempt personnel and helps to coordinate the use of temporary employees.
- Conducts new employee orientations; administers pre-employment tests; conducts reference checks.
- Files EEO-1 report annually; maintains other records, reports, and logs pertaining to applicant flow procedures.
- Assists in exit interview process.
- Assists in organizational training and development efforts.
- Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database as needed.
- Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
- Responsible for Safety Quality Food, SQF, HACCP, CCP task, sanitation and all support programs implementation.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Employee will stand/walk/sits all the time. Moderate reaching, bending and twisting. Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast pace environment at all times.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Requires prior knowledge of principles and practices of human resources. Prior experience with an HRIS database preferred. Requires effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and computer literacy. Bilingual (Requires English and Spanish. French not required).
EDUCATION: A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management preferred, or three to five years’ management experience in the HR field, OR any similar combination of education and experience.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
