The Office & HR Coordinator is responsible for providing a welcoming environment in the Salud office, assisting with employee engagement and leadership support, while also helping with certain HR related tasks. The person who fills this role will need to work full time in the Salud Revenue Partners office in West Lafayette, IN.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Office Support
- Front desk receptionist functions (answer phones, answer door, etc)
- Be the welcoming, friendly face of Salud that facilitates office communication/helps employees.
- Maintain common spaces in office (breakroom, supply/storage closets and any office equipment supply needs)
- Completing office tasks and errands (printing, mailing, faxing, depositing of checks)
- Purchase supplies for office needs.
- Employee Engagement
- Design, plan and execute events as needed.
- Facilitate company communications and gifting (birthdays, holidays, etc)
- Brainstorm/create content for two internal websites (MySaludLife and Connect)
- HR Duties
- Approving timecards and prepping information for payroll
- Assist with coordination of incoming and exiting employees (sending out equipment, scheduling, paperwork into HRIS, exit interviews, returning equipment)
- Assist with recordkeeping.
- Leadership Support (when needed)
- Schedule meetings/appointments and manage travel itineraries.
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
- Assist at preparing documents in accordance with corporate matters
- Organize and maintain files with contracts, agreements, etc.**

- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Skilled understanding of administrative and clerical procedures & systems and how to operate standard business equipment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or equivalent
- Preferred: Experience as an Office Coordinator or in HR is preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk; must be able to lift up to 15-20 pounds at times.
