Job Summary: The HR Recruiter, Onboarding, and Learning Development Specialist is pivotal in shaping the professional growth and development of our employees. This role is dedicated to the entire recruitment cycle, onboarding processes, and the creation and execution of innovative learning strategies that enhance organizational performance and foster an inclusive culture. By managing recruitment, developing onboarding initiatives, and designing comprehensive training programs, you will ensure that all employees are well-equipped with the skills needed to excel in their roles and contribute to the company's overarching goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, including crafting and posting job advertisements, screening applicants, coordinating interview processes, and facilitating final hiring decisions. Utilize major job portals such as Indeed and LinkedIn to attract top talent.
- Conduct comprehensive background checks to ensure compliance with both legal standards and company policies.
- Accurately input new employee information into ADP Workforce Now, maintaining both confidentiality and data integrity.
- Develop and refine onboarding programs that integrate new hires into our corporate culture and their specific job roles effectively.
- Collaborate with multiple departments such as IT and facilities to streamline the logistical aspects of onboarding, including workspace preparation and system access.
- Engage with new hires consistently throughout their onboarding journey to resolve any issues and gather feedback to continually improve the onboarding process.
Learning and Development:
- Spearhead the development of detailed onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition and rapid assimilation into the company culture.
- Craft and execute training modules that cater to the diverse needs of our workforce, enhancing role-specific skills and promoting career growth.
- Design interactive and multimedia learning materials that engage learners and support varied learning styles.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, using feedback and performance metrics to refine learning outcomes.
- Work closely with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives and employee needs.
- Lead and organize employee engagement initiatives, such as workshops and team-building activities, to boost morale and workplace satisfaction.
- Manage the calendar for all field training activities, ensuring optimal timing and resource allocation for maximum impact.
- Coordinate and facilitate semi-annual and annual leadership development sessions to strengthen executive and managerial skills across the company.
- Develop and implement structured internship programs aimed at nurturing early-career talent within the industry.
- Construct a universal development template for roles throughout the organization to standardize and streamline employee training processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to formulate effective 30-60-90 day plans for new hires, setting clear milestones and expectations that support successful onboarding and continuous development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Human Resources, specializing in recruitment and onboarding.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements related to hiring.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective training and development programs.
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and familiarity with technological tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting across all levels of the organization.
Preferred Skills:
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) and/or Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) highly desirable.
- Proficiency with modern e-learning platforms and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and SharePoint.
Working Conditions:
