The position is responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience through the flawless execution of PSEG’s Talent Acquisition Operations processes. This position reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition and, as needed, will also provide support to multiple members of the Human Resources Senior Leadership Team.
Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Management/Ownership of key Talent Acquisition Operations functions including I-9 process, oversight of Talent Acquisition Operations mailboxes and related work, and support for the Part 810 process. Required to continuously review these processes and recommend/implement process changes to enhance the experience and address issues.
- Project and Process Management: Work on analytical projects which may include continuous improvement projects; data extraction; technical /financial review and analysis; compiling, monitoring and analyzing performance metrics toward achievement of scorecard targets; reviewing and revising documentation, preparation of presentations, and ad-hoc assignments.
- Ensure high level of performance from RPO vendor recruiting/ onboarding team. This involves managing contractors. Provide direction and oversight on work assignments to assigned contractors; provide training, performance feedback.
- Monitor metrics and controls to assess overall effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition functions. Identify areas for process improvements. Provide analyses along with conclusions/recommendations to Talent Acquisition leadership. Address areas of non-performance and raise to Talent Acquisition leadership; identify and implement solutions.
- Quality Control and Data Integrity: Coordinate with multiple parties to obtain required data and to ensure information is complete and compliant and variances are researched and reconciled.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years relevant work experience in HR, administration or project management. In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, 7 years relevant work experience in HR, administration or project management.
- Experience with Talent Acquisition and related onboarding functions
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint
- Strong analytical, organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Solid project management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and exercise discretion and independent judgment
- Proactive and responsive with positive and collaborative attitude
- Must possess and maintain a valid US Driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
