About the Position
We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join the Corebridge Financial Talent and Inclusion team. The successful candidate has the ability to support high volume recruiting including excellent customer service skills, ability to multi-task, strong organization and problem solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Role Responsibilities
Manage the full life-cycle of the recruiting process to include the following:

Build clear candidate and position/performance profiles

Partner with every hiring manager on search timeline, milestones and sourcing plans

Recruit / source, screen and interview candidates
-
Assess candidate’s competency to include job fit, motivational fit and culture fit

Complete the recruiting process, including facilitating selection, negotiating offers and owning the relationship between the candidate and Corebridge Financial
-
Manage requisitions through the Applicant Tracking Tool (Workday Recruiter)

Provide progress reports to hiring managers

Meet with hiring managers and learn critical aspects of position, indicators of success, and ideal candidate profile

Identify and utilize internal and external resources available to assist in proactively seeking talent in a competitive recruiting environment
What we are looking for

Results-oriented professional with the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to multi-task as a highly productive individual
-
3+ years of corporate recruiting and/or agency recruitment experience
-
Incredibly organized with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to process changes and different technology systems

Proficiency with automated applicant tracking tools, Email Systems, web-based recruiting resources and MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word)

Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization

Bachelor’s degree preferred
The base salary range for this position is $73,900 - $133,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. In addition, we’re proud to offer a range of competitive benefits, a summary of which can be viewed here:
