In the role of HR/Office Assistant, you will be responsible for entering new hires into the payroll system, conducting new hire onboarding, completing documentation for required equipment, ordering and issuing cell phones and tablets to employees and troubleshooting problems, assisting employees with logging into their email, Windows, and payroll software, filing employee records, maintaining paper supply stock, copier maintenance, distributing the kitchen cleaning schedule, and working with the cleaning crew to resolve any outstanding problems, as well as other duties as assigned.

We're looking for someone with strong customer service, organizational, and time management skills, an eye for detail, a professional attitude, 1-2 years of HR experience, and, ideally, a 2 year degree in a related field. Is that you?
