Job Title:* Human Resource Generalist (USA)*
Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner (US), this role will play a key role in supporting the US Business Units and HR functions. This position will be based out of Berthoud, CO and will support HR initiatives and responsibilities across multiple regions in the US.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support IWS’s culture and strengthen our ability to attract, retain, and motivate talent across the organization
- Provide effective and efficient HR services to the US business unit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Leaders and Employees across IWS
- Provide dedicated customer service to internal customers while supporting a fast-paced growing business
- Work closely with the HR team across North America to ensure streamlined services, support, and processes
- Recruit and Retain the best talent through innovative and inclusive recruitment and on-boarding strategies
- Help leaders deal with organizational, people and change related issues
- Provide support in identifying training needs and assisting in aligning training programs with business objectives
- Coordinate HR Initiatives and projects
- Support employee relation requirements
- Assist with US benefits administration
- Facilitate HR administration and data entry requirements
- Support the performance management and compensation planning process as required
- Drive the rewards and recognition programs that increase business results and employee engagement
- Support people programs and engagement practices
- Support HR policies and practices as well as Health and Safety initiatives
- Provide support for office services area
- Other duties as assigned
Experience and Academic Qualifications:
- A degree, diploma and/or Certificate in either Human Resources Management or similar from a post-secondary institution is required
- 3-5 years’ experience in HR
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and exceptional Excel skills are required
- Experience working with Paycor would be an asset
- Previous experience working in Oil and Gas or similar industry is preferred
- Ability to work successfully in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- Outstanding communication skills, the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively to all levels of employees
Travel Requirements
- Travel within the US is required for this position (30% - 40%)
