**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting talent to interviewing and hiring great employees.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Utilize social media platforms for recruitment and employer branding
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
- Coordinate employee orientation sessions and assist in employee relations matters
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements
- Lead generation through community engagement, networking, referrals, and industry events
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations
- Contribute to talent acquisition initiatives by identifying future hiring needs
**Skills:**
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR sourcing techniques and practices
- Familiarity with Employee Relations and Employee Orientation processes
- Proficiency in HR software systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth understanding of recruitment principles, procedures, and best practices
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
