Responsibilities:
This role primarily involves business development with some full-cycle recruiting duties. We're looking for candidates with industry experience in selling staffing, outsourced services, and consulting. The Full Desk Technical Recruiter | Business Development Associate is responsible for generating new business opportunities for MEG. This includes cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn and Indeed networking, referrals, and other lead-generation methods. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of staffing agency verticals and marketable deliverables for businesses. You'll engage in extensive client outreach, deliver presentations, negotiate pricing, and close deals. Success is earned through determination and perseverance, as you'll be responsible for achieving your goals. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting jobs and screening candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding both internal and external staff. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and make strategic hiring decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Engineering, or related experieince preferred
- 2+ years expereince in a staffing enviorment preferred
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Zoom, CRM, ATS, Linkedin
- Excellent communications
