Your role:
The qualified candidate will be extremely organized, fast paced and able to stay on task when switching between duties. Must have a positive upbeat personality and understand the importance of providing excellent customer service. The Staffing Coordinator interacts by phone and email with nursing and hospital staff, compiles and maintains employment files, and utilizes various computer programs, both internal and external vendor management systems (VMS). All aspects of the position require extreme attention to detail and accuracy. This is a full-time position, working four 10-hour shifts per week. Requires weekend and holiday shifts. Must be extremely dependable and flexible with schedule. Hours are 9am-7:30pm for weekday shifts and 8am-6pm for weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients about staffing needs, scheduling, and compliance.
- Communicate with temps about availability, scheduling, and compliance.
- Use staffing software to submit and schedule temps and maintain files.
- Assist clients and temps with questions and concerns.
- Provide temps with resources as needed.

- Moderate Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc).
- Knowledge of vendor management systems (VMS)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Fast Typist.
- Problem-solver.
Specific Educational/Vocational Requirements
- Minimum education of high school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Nurse staffing industry experience preferred
