Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet the staffing needs of operations.
· Utilize both traditional and innovative sourcing tactics to identify and attract candidates from diverse backgrounds.
· Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
· Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ fit with culture and values.
· Collaborate with managers to understand their specific needs and provide consultation on recruitment best practices.
· Facilitate the offer process, including negotiating salaries and providing a seamless on-boarding experience for new hires.
· Stay ahead of trends and advancements in recruitment technologies to continuously improve the recruitment process.
· Engage in networking opportunities, job fairs, and professional industry events to promote us as an employer of choice.
· The ability to travel to our field offices, to hiring events and to job fairs as needed
Job Requirements:
· 5+ years of talent acquisition experience
· Proven experience as a recruiter, with a strong preference for backgrounds in manufacturing or related industries.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
· Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to on-boarding.
· Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· Proven ability to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other activities in the application process

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
