A growing healthcare staffing company needs a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist (Healthcare Recruiter) in Raleigh, NC. Office located near Wake Forest, NC.
This is NOT a remote position.
SPECIFICS:
- Minimum 5+ years of documented recruiter experience REQUIRED in HEALTHCARE STAFFING
- Full-time position
- Monday-Friday
- Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm M-Th; 8:30-3:00pm Fri
- Must participate in on-call rotation
- Must be tech-savvy and able to learn new software
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Communicate professionally, both written and verbally, with internal and external parties
- Ability to work in a small office environment
- Must maintain a professional appearance
- MUST pass a background check and drug screen
Description of Work:
- Seek and qualify HCPs to fill temporary job openings within a client facility.
- Collect and review applicant resumes.
- Work closely with the designated Account Manager to select the best candidates for a position.
- Conduct telephone screens to ensure all applicants meet client requirements and experience levels and there are no conflicts of interest.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about job openings to applicants.
- Vet potential candidates through application paperwork (e.g., resume, reference check, criminal background check, education verification, drug screen, immunizations, license compliance/verification).
- Collect and ensure the accuracy of candidate profiles before submission to clients.
- Submit complete and accurate candidate profiles to client facilities for follow-up and potential interviews, ensuring all candidate profiles are accurate and meet all specific skill sets, criteria, and checklists predetermined by the client.
- Maintain contact with applicants/candidates to provide updates and client feedback until the point of orientation or rejection.
- Input/Upload/Confirm data and paperwork to the Nationalhcs database (e.g., HCP information, scheduling, document uploads, client information, report generation).
- Prepare activity/results for staff meetings.
- As needed, participate in job fairs and off-site events to create contacts and find experienced HCP applicants.
- Perform administrative duties and assigned project-based work, including but not limited to data entry, uploading items to the database, making phone calls to HCPs, double-checking, emailing, and providing additional items as needed.
- Participate in On-call rotation and perform all duties of On-call Specialist.
- Perform all duties of Administrative Assistant, as needed.
- Other duties as needed.
