Human Resources Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned, full-time HR Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of various HR functions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in delivering a range of HR services, from strategic planning to hands-on implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and compliance to our clients.
- Design and implement effective HR strategies aligned with clients’ business objectives.
- Conduct organizational assessments for clients and recommend solutions for improvement.
- Lead talent management initiatives including recruitment, training, and development for client organizations.
- Manage day-to-day HR activities for clients, such as employee relations, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
- Facilitate change management and organizational development for client companies.
- Provide hands-on support in resolving HR issues and challenges faced by clients.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics for clients to inform strategic decisions.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients’ HR-related queries and provide timely support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- Certification: Must possess SHRM-CP (Certified Professional) or SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the human resources field.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict attention to detail.
- Experience in a consulting environment is highly desirable.
