Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the recruitment team in attracting, sourcing, hiring and onboarding of top-tier candidates. This role involves coordinating recruiting and hiring processes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding employees and contractors. Additionally, they will support Talent Acquisition programs and talent pipeline development.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on career site and various job boards and social media platforms. Attend intake sessions with managers to understand requirements.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified internal and external candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Communicate with candidates and managers and provide updates on status.
- Assist in conducting background checks and verifying employment references.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
- Inputs onboarding information in HRIS and IT systems.
- Assist with new-hire onboarding full life cycle including communications, equipment requests and new employee outreach.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance the candidate, new hire and manager experience
- Prepares for and attends job fairs on behalf of Stellantis Financial Services as needed.
- Leads and/or coordinates various projects and initiatives within the HR department including learning sessions for staff and managers and budget and billing activities.
- Comply with company policies and employment laws/regulations in conducting recruiting and hiring activities.
- Manage details of onboarding programs for contractors, bonus programs and relocation
Qualifications and Competencies Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
- Proven experience working in a recruitment, HR, or administrative role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and/or HRIS systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
Qualifications Preferred:
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition preferred
- Master's degree preferred.
- Captive finance industry experience preferred
