```Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Human Resources to join our team. You must be experienced to be considered. As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our HR department and ensuring the effective management of our human capital. This is a senior leadership role that requires expertise in various HR functions and the ability to drive strategic initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's goals and objectives
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
- Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Lead the talent acquisition process by partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Conduct data collection and analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements in HR processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement organization design initiatives
- Utilize HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft) to manage employee data and generate reports for analysis
Skills:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within HR
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Familiar with data management and reporting
- Experience with payroll systems (e.g., Paylocity, Paychex) is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and project management skills
