Develop and execute comprehensive talent sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for open positions across all levels of the organization.

Create and lead recruitment initiatives to identify and source talent for placement in exempt and non-exempt positions across the organization.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and to manage the full life cycle recruiting process including job specification, detailed and accurate job descriptions, hiring criteria, interviews, onboarding, etc.

Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify and engage with potential candidates to build a diverse talent pool.

Implement technologies and tools that optimize candidate tracking, communication, and assessment; ensure workflows are seamless to maximize the candidate experience.

Engage with leaders of cross functional teams to develop specific and targeted plans for sourcing and recruitment of critical roles.

Create a training program to enhance recruiting, interviewing, and candidate selection capabilities of hiring managers.

Build relationships with community partners, organizations, associations, and workforce development agencies to support ongoing sourcing and recruitment efforts.

Promote the employer brand of Ivy Hospitality to the public to enhance the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice. ; participate in initiatives such as career fairs, networking events, and employer branding campaigns.

Provide recruitment counsel and guidance regarding marketplace employment trends, compensation, skills and attributes, employment offers, assessment methods, screening and selection services, etc.

Seek out new and creative ideas, latest techniques, emerging technologies, and industry trends to proactively source and attract active and passive candidates by building talent networks and pipelines.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Education: SHRM-SCP/CP/SPHR/PHR preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years HR experience with a specialized focus in talent acquisition; experience in hospitality services, retail, or other high-volume industry preferred.
Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing Tools
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
Strong working knowledge of federal and applicable state employment laws.
Demonstrates a high level of confidentiality, diplomacy and excellent judgment in successfully navigating sensitive issues.
