```Duties```
As a Recruiter for The Moore Center, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting dedicated and qualified candidates to fill various positions within the Agency. Your main duties will include:
- Proactively identify potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Interviewing/Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate inquiries, forward to Hiring Managers, track activity and create reports.

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to leverage technology platforms for recruitment purposes
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a team-centric environment
- Familiarity with Paylocity or other payroll/HR systems is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
