**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and training and development.
**Duties:**
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
-Assist in maintaining equity in paybands across all locations.
-Responsible for I-9 Compliance and Audits.
- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on conflict resolution
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations
- Support performance management processes including succession planning
- Collaborate with management on executive recruiting initiatives
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors for HR services
**Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, iCIMS, and ADP
- Familiarity with Salesforce for HR purposes is a plus
- Strong understanding of recruiting techniques and methods
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
