Morris Heating & Air Conditioning is currently seeking an experienced Finance/HR Professional to join our team of professionals in Ipswich, MA.
We are seeking an experienced individual to work well with our existing team and bring new ideas for enhancing the organization and increasing the efficiency of our finance, HR and other administrative disciplines. This role can be tailored to fit the candidate's experience and capabilities. Our Company is growing fast and we are looking for a motivated individual that is excited about a leadership role. This can be structured as a full time or part time role.

Morris Heating & Air Conditioning provides a full range of HVAC and plumbing services to residential and light commercial customers, and is one of the leading contractors on the North Shore. Established over 20 years ago, the Company provides service, maintenance, and installation of all major brands and manufacturers, with a focus on quality and reliability.
Job Responsibilities:
- This position is primarily responsible for finance and HR disciplines, as well as other administrative needs as required
- There is an existing office team in place, so this role is meant to supplement the existing staff and bring the skills and experience to facilitate the Company's continued growth
- Finance responsibilities to include Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (i.e. oversight, tracking, and follow-up on invoices).
- Managing and tracking overall finances via Quickbooks
- HR responsibilities include managing payroll via ADP, managing personnel files (licenses, insurance, etc), and oversight of all human resource functions
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. College or similar degree a plus
- Relevant work experience in finance/HR/administrative, ideally with some management/supervisory experience.
- Experience with Quickbooks or similar accounting platform.
- Prior work with a Construction/HVAC/Plumbing company or in a related field preferred but not required.

- Must be customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Must provide current references
Compensation and Benefits:
- $50,000 - $70,000 depending on experience
