Who You Are:
You are a results-oriented, data-driven Talent Acquisition Team Lead with a passion for:

What You Will Do:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition creation to candidate onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes
- Leverage KPI’s to develop and guide the team
- Conduct ongoing market analysis to remain competitive as an employer of choice
- Enhance the company's employer brand through various channels, including social media, industry events, and partnerships
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition
What Skills You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience within a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources role
- 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Proven ability to analyze data and develop reports and presentations
- Experience with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems or HCM platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Travel: 25% local (must be able to travel to locations around Massachusetts, Vermont, and Connecticut)
