Rockland Federal Credit Union (RFCU) is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a member-focused organization, we are dedicated to attracting top talent to support our Credit Union's mission and values.
In this role, the Talent Acquisition Manager will collaborate closely with the HR team and Credit Union leadership to oversee the recruitment lifecycle. This involves implementing creative methods to attract candidates, handling offer negotiations, and ensuring smooth onboarding experiences. Working alongside HR and Credit Union management, they will identify staffing needs and develop corresponding strategies, utilizing various channels like job boards, social media, and referrals to source candidates.
Candidates for this role should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in HR or recruiting, preferably within the banking or credit union environment. Knowledge of state and federal employment laws, particularly EEOC and OFCCP regulations are required. SHRM-CP certification is preferred. Proficiency in HRIS systems is expected. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality are crucial, while management experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective engagement with both internal and external stakeholders. Above all, a genuine passion for recruitment and onboarding is indispensable.
