Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a "can do" culture and work exprience for all Extol employees while maintaining a "best in class" attitude
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems such as TimeCare, ADP, or Taleo
- Conduct data collection and analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in HRIS systems such as UltiPro, Kronos, PeopleSoft, ADP, or Taleo
