Human Resources Business Partner
POSITION SUMMARY
Läderach N. America is seeking an HR Business Partner who will be responsible for benefits, total rewards, employee relations and employee engagement. The HRBP will partner with key stakeholders and the HR team to design, develop, and implement Total Rewards plans that will attract and retain employees. The HRBP plays a crucial role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources and Development and is a full-time, hybrid role based in the NorthPark Center, Dallas, Texas area. The ideal candidate would have great attention to detail, enjoy working and communicating with all levels of employees and is highly collaborative.
GENERAL DUTIES

Provide information to employees about counseling services, benefits, and other programs available to them. Act as a resource for employees, helping them to navigate workplace-related issues.

Collect and analyze data related to employee relations, such as feedback, complaints, and workplace incidents to help inform decision-making and policy improvements.

Investigate issues thoroughly, gather relevant information, interview involved parties, and recommend appropriate actions.

Help to design and implement comprehensive employee engagement programs that align with the company’s strategic objectives and culture.

Assist in facilitating focus groups and surveys to gather employee feedback on workplace satisfaction, motivation, and engagement levels.

Help develop and manage recognition and rewards systems that acknowledge employee achievements and contributions.

Analyze engagement data and metrics to report on trends, successes, and areas needing improvement to senior management.

Create and maintain an internal communications strategy to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and feel valued within the organization.

Administer all benefit programs.

Assist in creating policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits and communicating them to employees.

Conduct audits and reviews of total rewards programs to ensure competitive total rewards offerings that are compliant with laws and regulations.

Oversee the administration of employee benefits plans, including healthcare, retirement, and time off.

Monitor industry trends and inform leadership of potential changes to total rewards strategies.

Coordinate annual open enrollment, update benefits within HRIS, reconcile monthly statements and approve premium statements for .

Work with finance to ensure all benefits and rewards programs are accurately accounted for.

Participate in DOL audit from start to finish including gathering appropriate records and reviewing the findings of the DOL as needed.

Serve as member of fiduciary committee to employee plans and signing manager for governmental reporting to DOL, IRS and PBGC.

Manage all leave administration including FMLA, Workers Compensation claims, disability, and Paid Family Leave.
