Job Description:
As the HR Manager - Employee Relations and Service, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional HR services aligned with Tailored Management's objectives and values. Working under the guidance of the Vice President of Human Resources, you will lead a team responsible for supporting external HR contingent employees. Your duties will include providing leadership, coaching, and support to ensure compliance, employee engagement, and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR leadership partner for Tailored Management's Client Services, Operations, Recruiting, and Payroll teams, ensuring optimal service experiences for candidates, employees, and clients.
- Foster a high-performing, cohesive, collaborative, and service-focused HR service support team.
- Coach and guide direct report HR team members to ensure exceptional service delivery for client programs and contingent employees.
- Provide HR leadership and consultation for external employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with all applicable legislation and company policies.
- Leverage analytics tools to monitor and report on HR service team performance metrics, driving improvements in HR processes and business outcomes.
- Manage contingent employee leave and absence procedures, including FMLA, state family leave, and ADA requests.
- Develop robust project plans for HR and cross-department initiatives, ensuring timely execution and continuous improvement.

Education and Experience:
- 4+ years' HR Generalist experience within a high-volume HR function.
- 2+ years of proven success mentoring and leading a team.
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP Certification a plus.
Location and Working Environment:
- Location: Columbus, OH
- Shift Hours: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
- This role operates full-time in the office.
