Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting cleared personnel for roles supporting the Federal government and the DoD. This individual will excel in sourcing both technical and professional services candidates, utilizing creative and proactive recruitment strategies. The TAS will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process, contributing to the growth and success of Ardent Eagle Solutions.
Background:
Ardent Eagle Solutions is a service and mission-focused Small Business Headquartered in Tampa, Florida with a regional office in the National Capital Region (NCR) to provide technical services to the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community and other Federal, State, and Local Government Agencies. The company was founded in 2012 by service-disabled veterans and experienced entrepreneurs with sixty years of combined government service including myriad assignments in the NCR and at USSOCOM and USCENTCOM.
Compensation: This position offers a competitive base salary, with a substantial emphasis on commission-based earnings. Successful recruiters at Ardent Eagle Solutions have the potential to significantly increase their income through performance-driven commissions, making this an ideal opportunity for highly motivated and results-oriented individuals.
Work Environment: This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for 2 days of remote work per week. The remaining 3 days will be spent in our Tampa office to facilitate close collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Please note that while we currently offer work-from-home flexibility, this arrangement may be subject to change based on performance or business needs, and employees may be required to return to the office full-time if necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Recruitment: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates for cleared roles, including technical and professional services positions.
- Candidate Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Proposal Support: Assist in recruiting efforts for proposal staffing, ensuring the timely identification and engagement of potential candidates for project bids.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and team members to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Networking: Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates through industry contacts, association memberships, social media, and employee referrals.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruiting for cleared roles, with a strong background in Federal government and DoD recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for both technical and professional services roles.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract high-quality candidates, not relying solely on job board applicants.
- Experience in recruiting candidates for proposal efforts is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team-Oriented: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
