Job Summary:
As one of the fastest growing home improvement franchises in the country with over 100 locations nationwide, we are seeking an experienced Onboarding Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the onboarding process for new franchisees and employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. This role requires a strong background in HR practices and exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement onboarding strategies to streamline the new franchisee onboarding process
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure all necessary paperwork and training are completed
- Conduct orientation sessions for new employees to familiarize them with company policies and procedures
- Evaluate onboarding programs to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
- Utilize HR systems & processes to manage internal employee utilization
- Complete office management duties
Experience:
- Proven experience in HR / Onboarding mgmt.
- Office mgmt. experience
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication skills to interact with employees at all levels
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
