JOB SUMMARY:Under the supervision of the Director of Property Management & Human Resources Director, the Recruiter is responsible for the lifecycle of the recruiting process in areas of Property Management & Maintenance
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:●Responsible for sourcing and acquiring quality candidates, confirming their qualifications through screening processes, and fulfill job vacancies throughout the portfolio.
●Set a positive example and representation as the initial contact person of the Cannon organization, while clearly defining the candidate's job performance and expectations in the areas of Property Management and Maintenance Career Placement.
- Communicate with the Director of Property Management and Human Resources in an honest and truthful manner
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a diverse candidate pipeline while abiding by Fair Housing Laws and EEOC guidelines.
- ●Source and vett the most qualified candidates, assess resumes, conduct phone screenings, in-person interviews, coordinate interview with assigned managers
- ●Facilitate employment offers and negotiations
- ●Prepare and facilitate new hire onboarding paperwork for orientation
- ●Regularly post job vacancies to advertising platforms and follow up on candidate leads
- ●Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
- ●Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
- ●Knowledgeable of interview techniques and applicant screening methods through vetting and applicant tracking systems
- ●Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- ●Demonstrate ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- ●Excellent organizational and time management skills
- ●Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
- ●Knowledgeable human resources practices critical thinkers as you may have to come up with recruiting strategies

- .●Enroll eligible candidates in benefits programs such as Health, Life, Vision, and Dental; 401k Program
- ●Maintain interview and hiring records
- ●Place gift card and uniform orders with approved vendors for new hires, current employee replenishments, and backstock inventory
- ●Receipt reconciliation of gift card, uniform, and market advertising services to forward to HR Director
- ●25% Travel is required to onboard new hires at office sites throughout the IE, LA, Riverside County Regions
