What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or relevant field
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR
- Experience in agency recruitment preferred
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong desire for continual learning and process improvements
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with high volume recruitment
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, SAP/SuccessFactors is a plus
