What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- 1 or more years of recruiting experience across multiple disciplines
- Experience recruiting both exempt and non-exempt opportunities
- Candidate sourcing and pipeline management experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- 5 or more years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Experience developing and implementing recruiting strategies
- Knowledge of the healthcare and/or insurance industry
