Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter, based in Tampa, Florida. This role is fully remote and operates within the same U.S. timezone. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates for a variety of roles within the fundraising space, from entry level to VP level. The role includes sourcing and reviewing resumes, coordinating with hiring managers, conducting pre-screening interviews, and handling offer letters.
Responsibilities
- Utilize various recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed to attract potential candidates
- Recruit for a variety of roles within the fundraising space, ranging from entry level to VP level
- Source and review resumes to evaluate suitability of candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and to schedule interviews
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit
- Handle the preparation and sending out of offer letters to selected candidates
- Use the Breezy software for recruitment processes
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities
- Utilize skills in ADP - Financial Services, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Careerbuilder, Kronos Timekeeping System, Microsoft Excel, About Time, Background Checks, Benefit Functions, Documentation, and Hiring Processes
Requirements
- Proficiency in ADP Financial Services for HR-related financial tasks.
- Familiarity with ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) for efficient data transfer.
- Experience with Careerbuilder for sourcing potential candidates.
- Knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping System for managing employee time and attendance.
- Competency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
- Ability to use About Time for efficient workforce management.
- Experience in conducting Background Checks in compliance with legal regulations.
- Understanding of Benefit Functions for employee compensation and benefits.
- Strong Documentation skills for maintaining and updating employee records.
- Familiarity with Hiring Processes, from sourcing to onboarding candidates.
