What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Communicate with Hospital Account Manager and travel employees regarding availability and open positions
- Maintain accurate traveler information in the Travel Module
- Develop a pipeline of potential travel candidates through effective recruiting sources
- Retain travelers through quality control calls and career path communication
- Consistently meet or exceed established goals for recruitment
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
