What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Communicate with Hospital Account Manager and traveler regarding availability and open positions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure travel employee begins assignment on time
- Develop a pipeline of potential travel candidates
- Maintain consistent contact with travelers while on assignment
- Meet or exceed established goals
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably within Healthcare
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic computer knowledge such as MS Outlook, Excel, and MS Word
