Join QTS's People Services team where you will lead the design and implementation of targeted recruitment strategies to support exponential growth within the business. This new leader has a passion for leading, serving and developing teams, and is adept at identifying, assessing and attracting high caliber talent aligned with company mission and values.
This position will office in one of our major locations (Kansas, Texas, Virginia, Georgia)
Key responsibilities include the following, additional duties as assigned:
- Build and lead our Talent Acquisition Shared Resources Team in support of talent lead generation, recruitment marketing, project coordination and general support for the Talent Acquisition department.
- Partner with TA to design and deploy talent attraction strategies and solutions, delivering diverse pipelines of talent to meet emerging business needs and address anticipated talent gaps.
- Leverage best practices and technologies to widen potential talent pool, and develop and nurture a network of external talent.
- Design and implement creative talent attraction and recruitment marketing strategies, aligned with QTS culture, mission and values.
- Lead, develop, and mentor the team as a "player-coach".
- Identify and capture ROI related to shared resources team.
- Leverage and share knowledge, market insights, and competitor data on the talent landscape to support informed recruitment strategies.
- Represent and refine the QTS employment brand through social media, networking, and other avenues by maintaining a professional presence
- Must be able to travel based on client and business needs, estimated 15% or less
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Ten or more years of talent acquisition, human resources, or related experience
- Two or more years of direct or matrix people leadership experience
- Two or more years of project or program management experience
- Recruitment technology implementation experience (configuration, workflow design, etc.)
- Experience managing applicant flow via Applicant Tracking Systems
- Ability to work in a high-growth/high-change culture
