The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the hiring efforts for all business functions and facilitating the campus and community recruitment strategy for Towne Park. This will include working with the top hospitality universities, attending career fairs, and participating in early career and university recruitment strategies, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. This person will also build relationships with local community partners. This position is hybrid (in office and remote) position based in Plymouth Meeting, PA.
Job Details
Compensation: Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The annual base pay range for this position is $60,000.00-$65,000.00
Benefits: Employees are eligible to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Employees are provided company-paid basic life and AD&D insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability. Employees are also able to enroll in the company's 401k retirement savings plan.
Paid Time Off: Employees accrue 0.0385 hours of PTO per hour worked up to a maximum of 80 hours per calendar year. Employees receive 6 paid holidays throughout the calendar year and employees accrue up to a maximum of 4 paid floating holidays per calendar year.

- Manage full cycle recruiting for the Corporate functions.
- Identify and engage with prospective executive candidates who are subject matter and industry experts for networking and pipeline initiatives.
- Serve as an advisor to business leaders and hiring managers to execute the talent strategy and selection of candidates.
- Proactively pipeline diverse executive talent and create pipelines in advance of hiring needs.
- Evaluating the current campus strategies and identify/develop enhancements.
- Build relationships with university representatives, career centers, key professors, and student organizations to expand our brand as a preferred employer.
- Work collaboratively and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with Marketing to design the Early Career Branding, internships & Social Media strategies.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and train "Campus Ambassadors" for representation at university events.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
Work Experience:
- 0-3 years of campus/university recruitment experience.
- 0-3 years managing the full life cycle recruitment process.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Experience with campus programs and initiatives.
- Knowledge of the campus recruiting landscape and experience developing target school strategies, virtual sourcing and event strategies, and innovative approaches to attracting early talent to opportunities.
- Experience sourcing from platforms such as Handshake or LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong project management, planning, and priority setting skills. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to build successful relationships with senior leadership
- Proven competency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook (or similar email application).
- Previous experience with Workday, or other similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
Travel
Travel of up to 20% may be required.
