If so, we would love to have you join our Talent Acquisition Team as a Senior TA Specialist!
The Senior TA Specialist will offer a consultative approach to the business and help address their short and long-term staffing needs. Primary responsibilities include developing and executing specific sourcing strategies within assigned Manufacturing Plants. This position is responsible to build relationships with internal hiring managers, field, and corporate-based Human Resource team members.
A Day in the Life...
• Partner with hiring managers & operations teams to facilitate the full recruitment life cycle, including reviewing and updating job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and debriefing. • Oversees full lifecycle recruitment and placement activities for exempt and high-volume non-exempt hires at multiple Manufacturing locations. • Demonstrates an understanding of the non-exempt market/industry trends and their related effect on talent acquisition. • Responds to employment inquiries via phone, email, and traditional correspondence, sometimes outside of traditional office hours. • Establishes recruiting sources with outside agencies, colleges, technical schools, and job fairs as needed to fill positions in multiple plants. • Delivers a high level of customer service to both internal and external hiring managers and candidates. • Posts positions both internally and externally following company practices and policies. • Prepares weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as needed. • Tracks staffing levels and helps to develop a proactive staffing plan and strategy for each location. • Leads and develop recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidate pools. • Maintains vendor relationships including staffing agencies and other recruiting partners. • Stays up to date on the latest best practices and technology in the Talent Acquisition space to facilitate continuous improvement of policy & strategy. • Travels to manufacturing facilities to work directly with hiring Managers and Human Resources. • Other Talent Acquisition & HR-Related projects as assigned.
What We Are Looking For:
• 4+ years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience • Union environment experience preferred • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems - Workday preferred • An understanding of current legislation and laws around hiring practices • Ability to build relationships, influence and offer best practice solutions to business partners • Team-oriented, collaborative and a problem solver • Detail-oriented and data-driven

Bachelor's or University Degree (Preferred)

Annual Salary:
$69,800 - $95,900
