This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to join a fast-paced and dynamic Ad Tech Business. Reporting to the Global VP TA, who is based in France, you will manage, coach and support the performance of a team of Technical and Non-Technical Recruiters, based in the USA and Brazil.
As the TA Manager for the Americas Region, you will play a critical role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy and ensuring we attract top-tier candidates who align with our company values. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, navigate a dynamic corporate environment, and drive recruitment initiatives that contribute to Criteo’s success.

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with Criteo’s business goals. Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively identify opportunities to enhance our recruitment processes.
Train, coach and manage the day-to-day activity of the Americas recruiting team
Metrics and Analytics: Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to improve our hiring processes.
Support the design and implementation of interview and evaluation processes
When needed, undertake senior level searches supporting regional executives in their hiring needs and provide a white glove service
Partner with hiring managers, HR, Finance and leadership to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and build strong relationships.
Partner with the Global EB team to manage employer branding strategies to boost the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
In collaboration with our global TA Ops team, ensure compliance with all applicable employment rules and regulations and that recruitment processes are efficient.
Ensure continued commitment to organizational DE&I goals.
Previous TA Team Leadership experience is essential, ideally within the digital marketing or software industry.
Strong stakeholder management experience, an accomplished relationship-builder
Able to evidence clear and impactful experience of team-coaching and development of direct reports
Experience of US, Canada & Latin America recruiting markets is essential, particularly supporting Sales and Commercial teams
Proven success in recruiting for diverse roles, including technical, sales, and leadership positions.
Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to structure and solve difficult problems with minimal supervision
Data driven & analytical, proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human resource databases. Experience with Workday is a bonus.
Effective communication skills: Ability to articulate Criteo’s value proposition to candidates and stakeholders.
Adaptability: Comfortable navigating a fast-paced corporate environment with changing priorities.

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:
$120,640 - $165,880
