What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

- Support talent acquisition process improvement by identifying areas of opportunity
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-growth environment
- 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities and experience using an ATS
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience recruiting within healthcare, startup, or high-growth environments
- Previous agency recruiting experience
- Experience using Greenhouse
