We are seeking a skilled Corporate Recruiter to join our team. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for attracting top talent to our organization and managing the full recruitment cycle.
Duties:
- Utilize recruiting platforms to source and attract candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Stay updated on employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process
- Manage employee evaluation processes and provide recommendations for improvements
- Oversee social media management for recruitment purposes
- Develop and implement succession planning strategies within the organization
- Collaborate with Paychex for payroll and HR services
- Contribute to training and development programs for employees
- Source candidates through various HR sourcing methods
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Corporate Recruiter or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of recruiting processes and best practices
- Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong understanding of training development and employee evaluation techniques
- Knowledge of Paychex or similar payroll systems
- Ability to manage social media platforms for recruitment purposes
- Experience in succession planning within an organization
