The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand and define the requirements for vacant positions and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards and the organization's needs.
- Develop sourcing plan and innovates sourcing strategies, including community engagement and relationship building to grow a strong network for candidate flow.
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Search resume databases, portfolio sites, and contact industry professionals to ask for referrals.
- Attend job fairs to source new candidates and add to network.
- Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
- Maintains candidate databases.
- Screens applications, selects qualified candidates and schedules interviews.
- Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process.
- Negotiates terms of hire with potential candidates.
- Prepares and presents time-to hire and other recruiting reports for the management team.
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years experience MINIMUM
- High Volume Manufacturing or Construction Industry Recruitment - PREFERRED
- Established Industry Network - PREFERRED
- College Degree in Human Resources - PREFERRED
- Reliable High-Speed Internet Access - REQUIRED
- Ability to travel on-site, monthly - REQUIRED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
