In this role, you will be onboarding clients and recruiting candidates to help grow their teams. We are looking for a professional individual who is self-motivated, communicates exceptionally well, detail oriented, and can manage their time effectively.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll support the company's Recruitment Team and ensure that all recruitment procedures run smoothly

Performs recruitment duties such as answering phone calls, texts, and emails, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and sending candidate info to clients

Maintains candidates and client information within our ATS

Assists in preparing and posting job advertisements to job boards and social media

Screen candidates by verifying qualifications and relevant work experience

Follow up with candidates during the recruitment process

Resolves issues such as interview cancellations in a timely manner
