The Role:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to be based in the company's New York headquarters. We are entrepreneurial, fast- moving, and motivated by a desire to change the way that energy and electricity are delivered around the world. We are looking for a motivated, highly experienced individual with shared beliefs and passion to come and help drive the journey.
As the Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s current and future hiring needs. You will play a critical role in ensuring we hire the best employees while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, talent markets, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Identify and source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and job applications, conduct initial phone screens, and manage the interview process.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
- Experience with various recruitment techniques and platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
