As a result of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. In this client-facing role, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for executing a wide array of talent acquisition operations duties to support our growing team of over 30 recruiters and hundreds of client job openings. This role is ideal for a highly organized and technically proficient person who wants to launch a career in Talent Acquisition.
The ideal candidate will be able to work on a hybrid basis, coming in to our Norwalk, CT headquarters 1 - 2 days per week/as needed.
Responsibilities include:
- Post positions on external job sites and broadcast on social media channels and track in Excel
- Initiate and administer new hire background checks, pre-hire testing and assessments
- Prepare routine and ad hoc reports using our internal Applicant Tracking system (ATS) and Excel
- Coordinate large scale interview scheduling for major clients
- Serve as Administrator for our Applicant Tracking system (ATS), including new recruiter set up, training and support
- Provide support to recruiters by reviewing candidate applications to job postings, prescreening candidates, as well as sourcing and outreach to passive candidates in LinkedIn
- First point of contact for Talent Acquisition vendor relationships, including job boards and ATS
- Provide additional recruiting support to Talent Acquisition Team on an as-needed basis
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced recruiting or HR environment
- Prior experience working as a Recruiting Coordinator or HR Assistant; Agency background preferred
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other HRIS systems
- Use of LinkedIn and other sourcing technologies such as resume databases, preferred
- Highly proficient with using MS Office: Excel, Outlook and Word
- Exceptional organization skills with keen attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and juggle multiple open requisitions and priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently
- Strong customer service orientation
Salary:
- Base Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
